Getting started
What is Loresta?
One Page where supporters can support your work, while Loresta handles the repetitive work behind it: repeated DM questions, supporter follow-up and the admin in between.
Do I need a card to start?
No. Free has no monthly price and needs no card.
Do I have to move everything?
No. Keep your existing links, shop or memberships next to your Loresta offers and add the rest when it helps. During setup, paste your link page or shop link: Loresta reads its public offers and you choose which ones it may mention.
Can I start with my inbox instead of a Page?
Yes. Keep your existing page, shop or memberships and connect an available supported inbox on a paid plan. Free covers your Page and its questions.
Can I change my Page address later?
Yes. You can change it 3 times in 30 days, and your old link keeps sending people to your Page for 90 days.
DM replies
Which inboxes does Loresta connect?
Instagram DMs, Facebook Page DMs, your X inbox and comments on your TikTok videos, on a paid plan. TikTok has no DMs for apps, so replies go out as public replies under the comment. Free has no third-party DM channel: it never connects to or sends on Instagram, Facebook, X or TikTok. Free still answers Page questions, supporter notes and Loresta messages, drafted for you or on their own.
Will Loresta reply to supporters without me?
Only if you turn on automated replies, and only in the categories you approve. On Free, Loresta answers Page questions and notes from your saved answers (up to 300 a month) and anything unusual comes to you. Paid plans can also send automated replies in your connected inboxes, within your plan’s allowance. Personal, payment and uncertain questions come back to you.
Does saving an answer send it to anyone?
No. Saving approved information, preparing a draft and sending a reply are separate actions. A saved answer is reused for the next matching question, and you can approve past replies to see what Loresta would have handled before turning anything on.
What happens with personal or business messages?
Payment, personal and uncertain messages come back to you on one Needs your attention list instead of getting an automated reply.
Can I stop automated replies?
Yes. Automated sending pauses with one control.
Will I get a lot of email?
Not many. Loresta emails you right away only for money, safety and promises. Other notices batch into one calm daily summary that you can change or turn off in Settings, and Home shows what needs your attention.
Do I give Loresta my Instagram password?
No. Loresta never asks for a social password. You connect through Instagram and Facebook sign-in.
Streaming
Does Loresta connect to Twitch, Kick or Streamlabs?
No. Your stream tips keep working as they do now. To put your Page on stream, use the browser-source overlay: it works in OBS and Streamlabs Desktop.
How do I show my Page on stream?
Create a browser source in your dashboard, then paste its link into OBS or Streamlabs Desktop. It shows your Page link, a QR code and your current goal.
Plans and payments
What does it cost?
Free is $0 a month with a 8% Page fee on payments through your Page. Creator is $19 a month with a 5% Page fee and automated replies. Pro is $79 a month with a 3% Page fee, and Studio is $399 a month for teams. The Page fee shrinks as you move up. Stripe’s Stripe processing is separate (see below).
Does Loresta keep Stripe’s processing fee?
No. Stripe processing is 2.9% + 30¢ + 0.5% sales tax handling per successful US card payment, on every plan; memberships add Stripe Billing’s 0.7%. It comes out of your share and goes to Stripe. International cards, currency conversion and instant payouts cost extra, and Stripe sets those rates. How do supporters pay?
Payments on your Loresta Page run through Stripe. Loresta is the merchant of record for Page purchases, and Stripe Tax calculates sales tax at checkout. You get paid through Stripe payout setup, which opens Stripe’s hosted page in a new tab.
What can supporters buy or support?
Tips (with optional quick amounts like Coffee or Pizza), memberships, goals, digital products (a file, private post or link), custom requests, sessions (1:1 or group), and paid questions. You can limit digital products, custom requests and sessions by quantity or end date. Brands can also send an inquiry through your Page question box; those always come to you.
How do commissions work?
The buyer answers your question privately (up to 500 characters) before paying. You price optional add-ons, and the exact total shows before payment. You choose how many open spots you take, and when you are full supporters can ask to hear when a spot opens. You move each request through stages you name, such as Sketching or Final touches, and send the finished work by link.
Can supporters find what they bought?
Yes. Supporters sign in with their email to see their purchases and access. After delivery they can rate the work and say whether you may show it in your portfolio.
AI and your data
Does Loresta make things up?
Replies use only the facts, offers and links you approve. Facts that expire come back to you for review.
Do I need an AI assistant?
No. Your Page and inbox work in Loresta, and Loresta prepares drafts from the answers you approve.
