Report a copyright concern
Last updated October 4, 2026
Loresta respects creators’ rights. If you believe content hosted on Loresta infringes your copyright, email support@loresta.co with the subject “Copyright report.” This is our support reporting channel; it is not a representation that Loresta has registered a DMCA designated agent.
What to include
- Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- Identification of the copyrighted work and, if available, a link to an authorized copy.
- The exact Loresta URLs for the material you want reviewed.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, their agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
How we review reports
We may ask for missing information, remove or restrict access to the reported content, and notify the creator. We may share your report with the person who provided the content so they can respond. Do not include unrelated sensitive information. We may suspend or terminate accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
If your content was removed
Reply to the removal notice or contact support@loresta.co with the removed URLs, your contact details, and why you believe removal was a mistake or the use is authorized. We will review the information and explain the next steps. An appeal does not guarantee restoration.
For information about formal DMCA notices, counter-notices, and designated agents, see the U.S. Copyright Office’s Section 512 resources. A support appeal is not a formal DMCA counter-notice.
