Link in bio comparison
The best link-in-bio tools for creators who sell
Most link-in-bio tools look alike until you sell something. Then the fee on each sale, the monthly price and what happens when a follower has a question start to matter. This guide compares six tools on exactly that, with sources for every number.

The short answer
Pick by what you sell, not by templates. For a simple list of links, Linktree. For an all-in-one marketing suite, Beacons. For courses and digital products with a monthly plan and no transaction fee, Stan Store. For a catalog of downloads with a marketplace, Gumroad. For tips with no fee on one-time tips, Ko-fi. For one free page that takes tips, memberships, downloads and custom requests and answers follower questions for you, Loresta.
How this list was made
Loresta publishes this guide, so here is exactly how it was put together. Each tool's fees and plans come from its own pricing or help pages, linked in the source notes below. Competitor details were checked on August 21, 2026 and October 20, 2026. Loresta's numbers come from the same plan list our checkout uses.
We compared four things that change what you keep and how much work you do: what visitors can pay for, the fee on each sale, whether there is a free plan, and what happens when a follower has a question. We did not score design templates, because almost every tool lets you make a page look good.
Six tools at a glance

|---|---|---|---|
| Loresta | Link-in-bio Page that sells and answers questions | 8% on Free, lower on paid plans, plus Stripe processing | Yes, on the Page from answers you approve; social DMs on paid plans |

Payment processing is charged on top almost everywhere, and the processor sets that rate. Each tool name links to a one-to-one comparison with more detail.

A percentage that looks small adds up, and a monthly price only pays off once you sell enough. Here is how to think about a typical $20 sale.
- Percentage fees: a 9% fee is $1.80 of a $20 sale, and a 12% fee is $2.40. On Loresta's free plan the 8% Page fee plus Stripe processing leaves you about $17.42 of $20.
- Monthly prices: a plan that costs $29 a month with no transaction fee beats a 9% fee only once you sell more than about $322 a month. Below that, the percentage fee is cheaper.
- Fixed fees: a fixed charge such as $0.50 per sale hurts small sales most. It is 10% of a $5 tip but only 1% of a $50 product.
- Processing: card processing applies on top of the platform fee almost everywhere, and international cards and currency conversion usually cost more.
