From Loresta's creator inbox playbook
Built from product rules for your answers, platform permissions, careful sending to you, and creator-controlled automation.
Turn Reel and profile interest into a useful conversation
Instagram creators often receive the same questions after a Reel, Story, or profile visit. A supporter may ask what the creator shares, where to find more, or whether a specific type of access is available. Good Instagram DM automation for creators answers that question before suggesting a destination.
Loresta uses creator-approved facts and the current thread to prepare a concise reply. It is not a comment spam tool, follower outreach service, or bulk message sender. The product is focused on people who already initiated a DM.
- Questions prompted by Reels or Stories
- Common offering and access questions
- Follow-ups within the same conversation
- A clear approved next step
Build a voice profile the creator can inspect
Start with what the creator shares, favorite phrases, natural tone, official destination, and words the assistant should avoid. If the creator opts in, Loresta can summarize patterns from up to 100 recent creator-authored replies.
The result is a compact profile that the creator can review, edit, or delete. Raw DM history is not kept as a permanent learned persona. This is more controllable than asking a general chatbot to guess a creator’s identity.
Keep AI assistance transparent and interruptible
Meta’s guidance for creator AI experiences on Instagram describes labeled AI replies, creator-provided information, and the creator’s ability to take over a chat or turn automatic replies off. Platform capabilities and review requirements can change, so creators should use official access and follow the disclosure shown for their experience.
Loresta’s design follows the same practical principle: the creator controls the account, teaches the profile, and can pause automation. The goal is helpful assistance with clear ownership, not hidden impersonation.
Route high-value conversations to the creator
Business inquiries, paid collaborations, payment concerns, personal requests, legal topics, and uncertain messages should not be auto-answered. Loresta alerts the creator and leaves those conversations open for a person.
This protects both trust and opportunity. A supporter with a common question gets a timely answer, while a brand asking about a campaign reaches the person who can actually negotiate it. Compare the two paths on How it works.
- Paid partnership or brand campaign
- Payment or account support
- Personal and custom requests
- Safety, legal, or uncertain intent
Connect Instagram on a paid plan, start on Free
Free has no Instagram inbox. It gives you a Creator Page and answers Page questions from your saved answers, up to 300 replies a month, so you can build your voice profile, approved facts and handoffs first. Paid plans add Instagram, Facebook and X inboxes. No one should ever give Loresta an Instagram password.
When you connect, use the official login screen and choose the creator or professional account. Review security, privacy, and plan capacity before you turn on automatic replies.

Frequently asked questions
Direct answers for creators and operators comparing DM automation.
Can creators automate Instagram DMs?
Instagram supports approved messaging and creator AI experiences subject to Meta's current account, access, and disclosure requirements. Connect through the official login and follow the controls shown for the connected account.
Is Instagram included in the Free plan?
No. Free answers questions on your Creator Page and in supporter notes, but has no Instagram, Facebook or X inbox. Paid plans add those inboxes and can send automatic replies in the categories you approve.
Will Loresta need my Instagram password?
No. You connect through Instagram's official login screen. Never share an Instagram password with an automation tool.
Can Instagram DM replies use the creator's tone?
Yes. The creator can define a voice profile and consent to learning patterns from recent creator-authored replies, then review or delete the learned summary.
What Instagram DMs stay human?
Paid collaborations, payments, personal requests, legal or safety concerns, and anything uncertain should alert the creator without an automatic reply.
