Before you begin

Can I start with the inbox instead?

Yes. Free answers Page questions, supporter notes and Loresta messages. Replies for Instagram, Facebook and X messages and TikTok comments come with a paid plan. Keep your existing page, shop or memberships

Does saving an answer send it to anyone?

No. Saving an answer, preparing a draft and sending a reply are separate actions. Loresta replies on its own only to questions your saved answers cover, and anything unusual comes to you

Do I need an AI assistant?

No, your Page and inbox work in Loresta, and Loresta prepares drafts from the answers you approve
