Which download format do I need?
Choose JSON when Instagram asks for a format. HTML downloads cannot be read. You only need Messages, and a short date range with low media quality keeps the file small.
Does it work for Facebook Page messages?
Facebook Messenger downloads use the same JSON layout, so they usually work too. Select the ZIP the same way.
How does it decide what counts as a buying question?
It looks for plain words supporters use, such as price, how much, available, restock, link, membership and join. Collab and custom requests are counted separately because those should come to you, not an automatic reply.
Is the money figure a prediction?
No. It multiplies the supporters who asked about buying by the price and answer rate you enter. Change the numbers to match your offers.
