Creator referral reward rules

Version October 16, 2026. Saving settings or a handle does not activate a program or guarantee earnings.

Who pays the reward

The creator funds rewards on eligible purchases in addition to Loresta’s normal platform fee. This is separate from Loresta’s own creator-acquisition affiliate program. Each creator chooses their reward rate and supported offer categories.

Eligible purchases

Rewards apply to confirmed eligible purchases by new customers, calculated on the eligible subtotal after discounts and excluding tax, shipping and payment processing. Only the first successful membership payment can qualify. Tips, wishes, project contributions, digital products and custom offers qualify when the creator includes them. Self-referrals and purchases by the same or known linked identity do not qualify.

Attribution

An eligible referral lasts 30 days in the same browser when the required storage is permitted. An explicit checkout code takes priority over an eligible current link, then stored attribution. The last eligible link wins. Creators may offer a welcome discount through an active referral code on a new customer’s first eligible one-time purchase. Clearing storage or changing browsers can prevent attribution.

Sharing and participation

Creators choose automatic admission or review each supporter’s request. Pending requests cannot earn rewards or receive an earning link until the creator approves them. Clearly tell people that you may earn a referral reward wherever you promote a link. Do not spam, impersonate someone, or misrepresent the creator or their work. Creators may pause, remove or block participation. This stops new rewards without erasing legitimate previously earned rewards. Handles can change once every 90 days; old aliases remain reserved to their original identity.

Holds, refunds and payouts

Rewards remain pending for at least 30 days and require confirmed funding, eligibility and payout readiness before payment. Refunds and disputes can reverse or hold rewards. If a reward has already been paid, a recorded adjustment may reduce future payouts. Paid history is preserved. A displayed pending reward is not a promise of an immediate payout.

Payouts support USD and require verified identity, destination and required tax details. Stripe payouts can run automatically when Stripe confirms those details, eligible rewards reach $10 and the 72-hour hold after changing payout details has passed. Accounts with incomplete details, provider restrictions or payment exceptions stay held for resolution. First payouts can still require review. Every transfer requires provider evidence and independent confirmation. An unknown provider outcome stays reserved until it is resolved.

Your referral data

Referrers see their own earnings and purchase records without buyer contact details. Creator owners and admins see their program’s activity. Referral checks use verified account and purchase history, without device fingerprinting. You can forget a remembered referral on the Creator Page and request your account data from dashboard privacy settings.

Limited payment, payout, refund, dispute and review evidence is retained for financial and legal obligations when an account closes. Old referral aliases remain reserved to prevent another person from taking over your links. See our privacy policy for export and deletion controls.
