Your answers and writing help
Loresta uses the answers you save to handle repeat work. The AI makes setup and writing easier, but your Page, offers, conversations and connected accounts stay yours.
Approved answers
Section titled “Approved answers”Open Messages and choose the Knowledge tab. Start with a question people ask often and the answer you want used. Say where it fits: about your work, offers and delivery, or your rules and boundaries. You can save an answer without letting Loresta use it in replies.
Offer details such as prices and delivery come from Offers, so edit them there. When an answer goes out of date, Loresta asks you to review it instead of quietly changing it. Saving an answer never turns on automatic replies.
Common questions
Section titled “Common questions”For a question you get again and again, save your exact answer and the different ways people phrase it. Loresta treats only those wordings as the same question. Personal questions, answers that disagree, outdated facts and messages that changed since you approved stay with you.
On every plan, a saved answer can prepare a draft without using the AI at all. You decide whether it sends. Contacts you marked as protected are never drafted by AI.
How Loresta sounds
Section titled “How Loresta sounds”In Knowledge, describe how replies should sound and add short phrases you like. If you turn on learning from your sent replies, Loresta shows you a short summary you can edit. You never see or store raw message history here.
Current facts
Section titled “Current facts”Time-sensitive facts live apart from lasting answers. Add a launch date, availability, a delay, a promotion or a temporary priority, then choose where it may be used, when it starts and when it ends. Facts about availability, launches, delays, promotions and collaborations always expire, even if you choose to clear them yourself.
Loresta does not stretch a fact into feelings, scarcity, discounts or promises. It uses the fact only where you allowed it.
Writing assistance
Section titled “Writing assistance”The Page and offer editors include Help me write, short or long bio suggestions, rewrites of a selected field, explanations and tone matching. Suggestions use your current draft and saved facts, and nothing is applied until you review the fields it would change.
For Page-wide requests, say what you want, such as “make it warmer”. Loresta lists the fields it would change together. It never publishes the result or touches an unrelated field.
Preview and voice
Section titled “Preview and voice”Use the Preview tab in Messages to try sample questions privately. A preview never sends, charges or publishes, and it does not change your saved rules.
Choose a sending boundary
Section titled “Choose a sending boundary”In the Automation tab, Help me draft is the safe start: Loresta prepares every reply and waits for you. Answer one common question lets Loresta send one reply to a common question in each conversation, from your saved answers. Rules that pass a chat to you work in every mode.
On Free, Loresta can answer on its own on your Page, in supporter notes and in Loresta messages, with a fair-use limit of 300 sends a month. Replying automatically in Instagram, Facebook, X or TikTok needs a paid plan.
Plan time away
Section titled “Plan time away”Community can prepare one away plan, plus short announcements that end on their own. Pick dates, the offers affected and the exact wording for your Page and replies. You preview and confirm before anything changes. Nothing posts or sends while you draft the plan.
Safe AI habits
Section titled “Safe AI habits”- Approve the smallest useful answer.
- Keep prices, perks and dates in their own fields, not buried in answers.
- Test repeat, unclear, payment, personal and business questions in Preview.
- A chat passed back to you is the system working as intended.
- Never paste passwords or private supporter details into an answer.
