Connections
Connect the apps you actually use. Each one supports different things, and connecting an account never turns on automatic replies.
Check your plan first
Section titled “Check your plan first”Instagram, Facebook, X and TikTok need a paid plan. Free has no inbox on any of them. Choose a plan in Plans before you connect. You do not need an inbox connected to buy a plan. Discord works with your supporters’ purchases and is a separate setup. Signing in to Loresta with Google or Apple is also separate.

Section titled “Not available”Threads, LinkedIn, YouTube and Google Business are not connections you can use in Loresta today. See other apps and what is available.
Connect, verify, then enable
Section titled “Connect, verify, then enable”- Pick the right creator profile and open Connections.
- Sign in to the app and read the access it asks for.
- Finish any setup it shows, such as a channel, and check that the connection looks healthy.
- Read the exact action and the wording you approved before you turn anything on.
- Check what happened afterward. Reconnect or pause when a connection needs attention.
If a connection says it is not set up on Loresta’s side, trying again will not help. Contact support.
