Automations
You decide the trigger, the wording, the link and every action before Loresta sends anything automatically. Check each app’s guide in connections first, since the apps differ.
Plans and connections
Section titled “Plans and connections”Everything on Instagram, Facebook, X and TikTok needs a paid plan, so upgrade before you connect an account. Loresta never sends X messages on its own: you review each one. Free keeps private previews and your saved answers, and Loresta can still answer on your Page, in supporter notes and in Loresta messages. A paid plan never skips your approval, a supporter’s consent or what the app allows.
Start with one request
Section titled “Start with one request”For example: when someone comments “guide” on your post, privately send your guide link, and optionally add a short public reply so they know to check their messages.
Open the Automation tab in Messages. Describe the request to draft a setup, or fill it in yourself. Read an AI suggestion as carefully as one you wrote.
Choose the trigger and reply
Section titled “Choose the trigger and reply”- Pick your connected account and a trigger it supports.
- Choose keywords or every matching message. Add exclusions for requests this automation should skip.
- Choose a link and read the first private message. Loresta adds a tracked link.
- Check the safety settings and approve it. Saving a draft sends nothing.
A story reply, story mention, shared post, comment and DM keyword are different triggers, and the app must report the one you chose.
Optional extras
Section titled “Optional extras”| Option | What it does |
|---|---|
| Post restriction | Limits a comment automation to one post, by its post ID. A pasted link does not pick the post. |
| Public reply | Adds a public comment reply you approved in advance. |
| Like the comment | Facebook Page comments only. Not available on Instagram. |
| Exclusions | Skips messages that contain words you list. |
| Repeat protection | Stops the same person getting the same reply on the same post twice. |
| Hourly limit | Caps how many go out per hour. The app’s own limits still apply. |
| Current details | Pulls in the Page or offer details you choose, so they stay up to date. |
| Follow-up | Lets Loresta draft replies after the person answers, under your reply settings. The first message stays exactly as you approved. |
Leave follow-up off if you only want the first reply. Important conversations should stay with you.
Test before activating
Section titled “Test before activating”Use Test automation on a saved automation to see how a sample message matches and what would go out. A test sends nothing and cannot promise that Instagram or Facebook will accept a live action. The Preview tab is a different check: it tries Loresta’s drafted replies.
Changes and approval
Section titled “Changes and approval”Every change to a setup needs your approval again. An old approval or a missing link stops it from running. Current details apply only to the fields you picked.
Pause and recover
Section titled “Pause and recover”Pause one automation from its controls. The pause-all switch stops automatic sending across every automation. Before you switch things back on, check that your connection works, your links are still good and you have replies left in your plan.
Check the activity list to tell queued, sent, skipped and failed apart. See troubleshooting.
Questions, notices and delivery
Section titled “Questions, notices and delivery”Needs you on Home gathers Page and inbox decisions in one list. The newest message always wins: if a person writes again, you change an answer or you change an approval, the item needs another look. Dismissing an unrelated notice never closes a conversation.
A request such as “tell me when it launches” stays open until the message is confirmed sent. If Loresta cannot send to that place, it stays with you.
Comments
Section titled “Comments”Reading and replying to comments depends on the app and the permissions you gave. See Instagram and Facebook and Messenger. TikTok comments get public replies only, with no comment-to-DM.
