Supporters and relationships
Supporters is a relationship view, not a lead score. People appear when they support you or message you. Each supporter’s details, access, payments, consent and conversations stay inside your account.
Supporters sits in Community, next to Updates and Ask. Start in Community to share news or ask a question. Open Supporters when you want one person’s history.
Follow-ups first
Section titled “Follow-ups first”The Follow-ups view shows people who may need a reply, recent or repeat supporters, and people worth a thoughtful return. Loresta can draft an email or note, but you read, edit and send it. Thank-yous are always yours to choose. Nothing sends just because it appears in a list.
One place for decisions
Section titled “One place for decisions”Needs you on Home collects Page questions and inbox conversations that need a decision. Open one to see the latest message, the draft, and what Loresta knows about the supporter or order. Those facts come from your saved answers and real records, not from guesses.
A request such as “tell me when it launches” stays open until the message is actually recorded as sent. Writing a draft or dismissing another notice does not finish it.
Find a person
Section titled “Find a person”Search by name, handle, email or message. Narrow the list by needs attention, recent or repeat support, quiet supporters, tag, last active period or support history. A person’s page keeps their timeline, support history, membership or perks, notes and communication consent together.
Use tags and private notes for context. Do not paste passwords, card details or private message text you do not need.
Audience tools
Section titled “Audience tools”Saved groups cover needs attention, recent supporters, repeat supporters and quiet supporters. You can collect feedback after a supporter moment and read it as combined totals. Announcements and updates to supporters need the consent the supporter gave, and wait for your approval.
Recognition and Support Signature
Section titled “Recognition and Support Signature”Public thank-yous are optional and entirely up to you: show them on your Page only, draft them for your approval, publish them once a supporter completes support, or turn them off. Set a privacy floor, decide whether notes need review, and hide recognition any time.
Support Signature images export in landscape, vertical or square. They never show amounts. The livestream browser source can show your Page, a QR code, your current goal and recognition supporters agreed to.
Access and benefits
Section titled “Access and benefits”Supporters get access through a confirmed Loresta payment, or through a Discord role you set up. A connection alone grants nothing: your access rule, the confirmed payment and the supporter’s current status must all agree. When a payment is refunded, disputed or cancelled, the matching perk updates too.
Privacy choices
Section titled “Privacy choices”Names and amounts are private by default. Public recognition is opt-in and reviewable. Marketing messages are separate from receipts and order messages. Supporters can ask to remove their details, and you can request an export or deletion of your account data.
