Troubleshooting

Start with the connection’s status, what the activity list says happened, and the request reference shown with any error. Note the reference, the page and roughly when it happened. Never send Loresta a password, an access token or a full private message.

Plans and connections

To use Instagram, Facebook, X or TikTok, choose a paid plan in Plans first. You do not need an inbox connected to buy a plan.

When you change a paid plan, review the preview and confirm once. If Stripe shows an error or the result is unclear, refresh billing and look at the saved change before trying another. If a subscription payment fails, paid access continues for seven days and retries do not restart that clock.

No draft was prepared

Check whether the contact is protected, the message is unclear or unsupported, an answer needs your review, or you have reached the fair-use limit of 300 sends a month on Free or the reply allowance on your plan. A saved answer can still prepare a draft without the AI. You can always write the reply yourself.

The mobile app asks to update or sign in

An “update required” message means your app is too old. Update it. If your session ended because you were inactive, it expired or was revoked, sign in again. You can always sign out from an old app.

An automation does not send

• Check that you turned on the approved version, not just saved a draft.
• Check that the account supports the exact trigger and action.
• Check that the pause-all switch is off and that you have replies left.
• Check the keywords and post ID. A pasted post link does not pick a post.
• Check exclusions, repeat protection and any other automation that might be answering first.
• Check that the link is still available and approved.
• Remember that a test is not a real send, and queued is not delivered.

For missing comment actions, read the app’s guide. Instagram, Messenger and TikTok do not all allow the same actions, and comment likes only work on Facebook.

Social inboxes

• Reconnect when a connection asks you to.
• Check the access you granted when you connected. A reconnect can change it.
• Use the dashboard to connect, not links you copied from somewhere else.
• Disconnect and connect again if the account or its permissions changed a lot.
• Read the reason shown with the connection. A short outage can retry by itself. Lost access needs a reconnect.
• A disconnect you chose stays off until you connect again.
• TikTok connected before October 13, 2026 needs a reconnect to receive comments.
