Mobile app

The Loresta mobile app is a focused companion for decisions you want to make away from your computer. It follows the same account, profile, permission and privacy rules as the dashboard.

You can see what needs you, open a conversation, and see a supporter’s history. You can approve or discard a draft, write a personal reply in a supported inbox or Page conversation, hand a conversation to someone else, close it, change your notification choices, pause automatic replies, and protect or remove a supporter contact. If a newer message arrives first, you review again before anything sends.

Selling stays on the web. The app can show revenue and balances, but it does not sell or buy digital goods.

On the web dashboard, phones show a bottom bar with Home, Messages, Page, Finances and Menu.

Sign in with an email code, or with Apple or Google where available. The app keeps your session in your device’s secure storage and renews it as you use it, up to 90 days from your first sign-in. Being inactive for too long, expiry or revocation can ask you to sign in sooner. If you lose a phone, end its session from the app or your account settings.

If Loresta needs a newer app, update it before you continue. You can always sign out, even from an old version. Never type passwords for other apps or payment details into the mobile app.

Choose which matter: conversations that need you, connection problems, a weekly summary and supporter activity. Phone permission is separate from the in-app list. Lock-screen text is general. It leaves out names, amounts, purchases and message excerpts.

Tapping a notification opens the right place if you are allowed to see it. One current conversation opens directly. A group of items opens Messages. A conversation you cannot access is never exposed through a link.

New app versions can add features without changing how the older ones work. If your version is too old, you are asked to update. Signing out always works.
